Conservation

International and National Conservation

  • Conservation can act internationally at a ‘global’ level or it can act more ‘locally’ at National level (e.g. conservation in the UK).
  • To many individuals, acting internationally is very difficult and has led to the idea that many individuals can act locally, and the sum of all their efforts will significantly contribute towards global conservation.
  • Think ‘global’ but act ‘local’.

This section looks in more detail at International and National conservation.
